Al-Warith Student Giving Voluntary Team
Name: Al-Warith Al-Anbiyaa Student Giving Voluntary Team Establishment Date: December 5, 2018
Members: The number of team members is variable, subject to increase and decrease based on membership and withdrawal.
Member Selection Mechanism: Members must be exclusively from the university, and they are selected or approved for joining by the founder (manager) of the voluntary team, upon meeting several conditions by the student, including good conduct, a desire to help others, a detailed explanation of the work to the person, followed by filling out an information and pledge form.
Withdrawal Mechanism: Withdrawal occurs either by the member's own accord or by dismissal from the team's follow-up committee—composed of the founder (manager) and a number of senior, most active, and effective members—due to a violation of the team's general rules.
Sustaining Member Activity: Achieved through the development of members' mental, logical, and administrative skills, and motivating them to work by presenting certificates of appreciation from the university presidency or the team manager, in addition to tracking members and their activities within the team, and cementing the concept of a single family and fraternal ties among members.

Reducing the impoverished class in society as much as possible.

Supporting Entities
The team is an independent student voluntary body enjoying support exclusively from the university as material and moral backers only, maintaining complete independence. Financial resources come from donors inside and outside the university; Al-Warith Giving Team does not deal with any entity or institution regardless of its affiliation.

Over four years, Al-Warith Voluntary Team has accomplished numerous achievements, including:
Internal University Achievements:
Settled tuition fees for (10) university students.
Covered transportation costs for a group of students to and from the university.
Paid for textbooks and study materials for certain students.
Provided medical treatments for certain sick students and staff.
External Achievements:
Contributed to renovating and furnishing homes.
Visits to pediatric cancer patients and nursing homes.
Ramadan food baskets for needy families.
Provided medical treatments for sick individuals.
Supplied families with furniture and clothing during the winter season.
Covered medical treatments for needy patients.
Purchased flour and distributed it to bakeries so they could provide free bread to those in need.
Distributed food supplies and face masks to needy families during quarantine.
Awareness brochure campaign for COVID-19 prevention in the streets of Karbala.
Distributed booklets for the blessed Arbaeen pilgrimage accompanied by directives from the Supreme Religious Authority regarding the COVID-19 pandemic along with preventive advice.

What does the logo of Al-Warith University Student Giving Voluntary Team symbolize?
The team's logo consists of three parts, each carefully selected to symbolize a specific meaning:
The First Part: The golden dome, symbolizing the shrine dome of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), who represents the ultimate title of selflessness and giving.
The Second Part: The dove, indicating peace and love, serving as our voluntary team's message where cooperation goes hand in hand with love.
The Third Part: The plant in the dove's beak, indicating goodness carried to the people under the shade of the dome of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him).
