The President of the University of Warith Al-Anbyiaa, Professor Dr Ibrahim Saeed Al-Hayawi, received Consultant Dr Sabah Noor Al-Mousawi, Supervisor of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein’s Hospitals, and his accompanying delegation.

Dr Al-Mousawi congratulated the University’s leadership, academic staff, and researchers on its entry into the 2026 Shanghai Ranking’s Global Ranking of Academic Subjects (GRAS) in Energy Science & Engineering, where it achieved a global ranking of 301–400.

He praised the University’s academic and research progress, commending the efforts of its leadership, academics, and researchers in developing scientific output and strengthening the University’s presence in international academic rankings. He also wished the University continued success and excellence in its academic journey.

This achievement reflects the University’s commitment to advancing research and innovation, particularly in engineering and technology-related fields. It aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) through supporting scientific research, knowledge development, and innovation.

The University’s presence in the Shanghai Ranking reflects its continued efforts to enhance academic and research performance and strengthen its position in international academic rankings and forums.
