Professor Dr Waqid Hameed Al-Mousawi, Deputy President for Scientific Affairs at the University of Warith Al-Anbyiaa, has achieved a distinguished scientific milestone by being included in the list of the world’s top 2% of scientists for 2024, 2025, and 2026, according to data published on the Top 2% Scientists website, based on information from the international publisher Elsevier and Stanford University in the United States.

The ranking data placed him 70,071st globally and 1,591st in Materials within the field of Engineering. He also achieved an H-index of 13 and an HM-index of 7.

This achievement highlights the research contributions of the University of Warith Al-Anbyiaa’s academic leadership and its role in advancing scientific research and strengthening the University’s standing in the international academic community.
