With the participation of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Consulting Engineer Dr. Hussein Hadi Al-Awadi, the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa hosted the first meeting of the National Advisory Team selected by the Cabinet's Advisory Board.
The formation of this team comes as part of the government's preparations to develop a national plan to study seismic activity in Iraq and to develop standards for government and private buildings, known as the "Seismic Code".
The selection of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Hussein Hadi Al-Awadi, was based on his proven academic and scientific competence, reflecting confidence in his ability to contribute to the preparation of these important national plans.
