As part of the College of Pharmacy's efforts at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University (PBUH) to broaden the scientific horizons of its students and introduce them to prestigious academic institutions, the college organized a scientific field trip to the "Mother College" (College of Pharmacy, University of Baghdad) for our first-year students, accompanied by several faculty members.
The visit featured a comprehensive tour of the central laboratories and lecture halls, providing students with insight into the research methodologies in practice. This initiative aims to foster the exchange of scientific expertise, enhance student proficiency, and bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical academic reality.
The delegation was met with a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality from the Deanship of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Baghdad, its staff, and students, who demonstrated a profound spirit of brotherhood and cooperation.

Enhancing for Joint Academic Vision...The College of Al-Ada and Economics conducts a joint examination with the University of Basra

Within the framework of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and within the provisions of the scientific agreement between the University of Warith of the Prophets and the University of Basrah, the Department of Oil and Gas Economics at the Faculty of Administration and Economics at the University of Warith of the Prophets, organized a joint examination for applications for the second and third stages with the Faculty of Industrial Management of Oil and Gas at the University of Basrah, with the aim of unifying academic standards among similar departments and enhancing the quality of higher education in oil disciplines in line with the requirements of the labor market and the developments of the oil industry.

Conducting a visit to Al-Warith Academy for children with autism to provide moral support to the children.

Based on the directives of the respected University Presidency, and in line with the orientations of the College of Modern Technologies to reinforce its humanitarian and societal role, and in accordance with the requirements of quality assurance and academic accreditation, it has been decided to document and organize the community activity represented by conducting a visit to Al-Warith Academy for children with autism. This activity includes providing moral support and distributing gifts to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, with the participation of a number of faculty members, staff, and students of the college, in an initiative that reflects the spirit of solidarity and compassion and enhances the presence of the academic institution in serving the community.
This activity comes in support of performance indicators related to community engagement within quality standards and aligns with global directions toward the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly:

The Community Service and Scientific Committees at the College of Pharmacy, University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (PBUH), in collaboration with the Women’s Affairs Unit, organized an in-person workshop titled:
"Breast Cancer: Awareness... Prevention... Hope"
Under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Fatima Mutashar Al-Thuwaini, the workshop aimed to emphasize that a woman’s health literacy is her first line of defense. The session focused on explaining practical steps and identifying physical symptoms that require immediate medical consultation to ensure the highest possible recovery rates.
Furthermore, the workshop highlighted the importance of correcting common misconceptions about the disease and raising awareness regarding regular screenings as the primary and essential step in the prevention journey.

The bazaar witnessed a remarkable attendance of professors and students, where participants showcased a range of activities that combined the practical scientific aspect with artistic and charitable touches. The bazaar included manual and artistic works that reflected the cultural and artistic talents of the faculty's students.
This bazaar comes to support the extracurricular skills of the students, enhance the spirit of teamwork, and highlight the role of our faculty in integrating science with the practical and social aspects, so that the student becomes an effective and creative element in all fields. Within the framework of enhancing the quality of academic assessment, a joint examination was conducted between the College of Science / Department of Medical Physics at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (Peace Be Upon Him) and the College of Medical Sciences at the University of Karbala, with the aim of unifying evaluation standards and improving educational outcomes.
This examination represents a modern model of student assessment, as it was prepared and implemented through academic collaboration between the teaching staff of both universities, thereby promoting objectivity and transparency while reducing discrepancies in evaluation methods. In Alignment with the Vision of the Holy Al-Husseiniya Shrine… A Qualitative Step Toward Digital Empowerment at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa

Under the patronage of the Holy Al-Husseiniya Shrine and in cooperation with the Arab Federation for Digital Empowerment, the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him) launched advanced programs in the field of digital empowerment, within a vision aimed at developing students’ technical skills.
 
The College also received a visit from Dr. Khalil Al-Tayyar, Advisor for External Relations and Public Affairs at the Holy Al-Husseiniya Shrine, to discuss mechanisms for activating the terms of the joint agreement. He was welcomed by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Mohammed Ali Al-Ghanimi, in a step that contributes to enhancing opportunities for practical training and keeping pace with the latest technological developments.
 
This initiative reflects the University’s commitment to preparing its students with high competence and empowering them to compete in the labor market through modern training programs and advanced practical experience.

A training course on the Student Information System and how to add students to it.

 







The College of Modern Technologies, in cooperation with the Registration and Student Affairs Department, organized a training workshop for newly established colleges. The workshop covered the Student Information System (SIS), including how to add students to it, along with all ministerial requirements. It also addressed how to complete the academic record for the second semester, add carryover students to the record, create courses for the first semester and link them to students, as well as create and link second-semester courses to students across all academic stages. Additionally, the workshop explained the mechanism for distributing usernames and passwords to students, and how to modify or add courses and academic records for both semesters.

The Deanship of the College of Science at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa Receives the Scientific Committee from the University of Karbala within the Framework of Joint Supervision of Standardized Examinations







Assistant Professor Dr. Shaimaa Hussein Nofal, Dean of the College of Science at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him), received the scientific committee delegated from the University of Karbala / College of Medical Sciences, within the framework of activating the joint supervision tasks over the administration of standardized examinations agreed upon by both parties. This initiative reflects the principle of academic integration and reinforces the frameworks of cooperation between educational institutions within the province.
The visit included a precise field follow-up of the examination procedures, during which the committee reviewed the organizational mechanisms as well as the logistical and technical measures adopted to ensure the integrity and rigor of the examinations. The committee affirmed the success of bilateral coordination in aligning academic standards between the two colleges.
For her part, the Dean stated that the management of these examinations is subject to a reciprocal and systematic supervision aimed at assessing the quality of outcomes and unifying educational perspectives in accordance with ministerial requirements. She also commended the efforts exerted by both parties in creating a disciplined examination environment that reflects the high academic standards of the two universities and contributes to enhancing students’ academic performance indicators.

The College of Media at University of  Warith Al-Anbiya launched a digital skills development program for second-year students, encompassing online editing and content creation. The program includes several weeks of practical workshops focusing on digital writing and conducting journalistic interviews, led by Dr. Walaa Al-Saffar. The program aims to prepare students for the digital media job market and empower them to utilize modern technologies. This initiative responds to the transformations in contemporary media and the increasing reliance on digital platforms. Digital skills training is a fundamental component of the college's academic curriculum.
