The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research organised Iraqi Science Day, and the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (PBUH) celebrated by taking home three distinguished honours, marking an incredible milestone. The Minister was present, along with notable researchers and academics.
The awards included:
- Best Volunteer Group Initiative, awarded to Nursing College student Hassan Ali Hussein Obaid, recognising his impactful community contributions.
- Recognition for a Scientific Publication, granted to Dr. Hashem Talib Hashem from the College of Medicine for authoring a book enriching academic knowledge.
- Patent Achievement, awarded to Dr. Hawraa Majid Obaid from the College of Engineering, showcasing the university’s emphasis on innovation and scientific advancement.
This achievement demonstrates the university's commitment to achieving academic and research excellence, nurturing talent, and progressing Iraq's higher education system.
