Iraqi universities, along with their faculties, senior administrations, and students, continue their active participation in the second day of the Quranic Council under the slogan “Ramadan: The Spring of the Quran," held at the University of Baghdad under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi.
