The Generous One of Ahlul Bayt (PBUH)

Imam Al-Hasan (peace be upon him) was renowned as "Kareem Ahlul Bayt" (The Generous One of the Household). He divided his wealth three times, giving away half of it in the way of Allah and keeping the other half for himself. Furthermore, he went beyond this by giving away his entire wealth twice, leaving nothing for himself.

He followed in the footsteps of his grandfather, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), who gave without fear of poverty. He was a true embodiment of the verse in which Allah, the Almighty, says:
“They give preference to others over themselves, even though they are in need. And those who are saved from their own greed—it is they who will be successful.” (Qur’an 59:9).
