College of Computer Science and Information Technology at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University (Peace Be Upon Him) Holds a Practical Training Workshop on Fiber Optic Cables

As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen practical learning and develop students’ technical skills, the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University (peace be upon him) organized a specialized practical training workshop on Fiber Optic cables and the mechanisms of fiber optic cable connection.

The workshop was delivered by Engineer Ali Hussein Aboud and Technician Bariq Falah Hassan from Earthlink Company. It included a detailed explanation of the concept of fiber optic cables, their types, correct connection methods, fiber splicing techniques, as well as a review of practical applications used in modern telecommunications networks.

The workshop aimed to equip students with hands-on knowledge and modern technologies, contributing to the development of their technical skills and preparing them to efficiently enter the labor market.
