University of Warith Al-Anbyiaa Enhances Student Residence Supervisors' Skills Through Specialised Training Programme

As part of the Unified Training Programme for Social Research Activities for the 2025–2026 academic year, the Centre for Continuing Education at the University of Warith Al-Anbyiaa organised a specialised training programme to strengthen the professional skills of women's student residence supervisors.

The programme included a guidance course entitled "Social Intervention for Resolving Students' Issues", delivered by Dr Abbas Adnan Kamil. The course focused on identifying behavioural and psychological challenges and adopting effective approaches to support students and maintain a safe and stable residential environment.

The programme also featured a course on essential computer skills, delivered by the Centre's Director, Assistant Lecturer Hussam Mohammed Al-Awaidi. The training covered administrative digitalisation, data management, computer applications, electronic correspondence, digital security, privacy protection, and cyber extortion awareness.

This initiative reflects the University's commitment to enhancing the capabilities of its administrative and student support staff while improving the quality of services provided to students. It supports Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Sustainable Development Goal 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions).
