The President of the University, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Al-Hayawi, received the President of the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Basim Khalil Al-Saadi, along with the Administrative Assistant, Professor Dr. Akram Al-Yasiri, who visited the university to offer congratulations to Professor Dr. Waqad Al-Mousawi on the occasion of his appointment as the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs.
