The United Nations Participates in “Islam is Life Conference”

Professor Dr. Waqed Al-Moussawi, Assistant for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Al-Sharifi, Dean of the College of Law, and Dr. Jaafar Al-Husseini, Representative of the Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences, received a delegation from the United Nations in preparation for their participation in the “Fifth International Islam is Life Conference,” entitled “Human Rights and Contemporary Challenges,"  which is held by the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (PBUH), under the auspices of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein (PBUH).

The purpose of the delegation's visit was to observe the conference hall and explore the university's hallways to gain knowledge about its academic and scientific offerings.

It is noteworthy that the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (PBUH) is preparing to hold its fifth international conference on August 31, 2024.
