In a unique and distinguished step, a delegation from the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Warith Al-Anbiya, headed by the Head of the Department of Islamic Finance and Banking, Dr. Ali Karim Abdul Rahim, and Dr. Nour Mahdi Kazim, and attended by Dr. Jaafar Abdul Amir with a group of students from the department, visited the Iraqi Islamic Bank for Development and Investment on Monday 10/21/2024.
This visit, which is the first of its kind, aims to inform students in the field about the banking departments and their working mechanisms, in a way that enhances their practical knowledge of the banking field. It also comes within the framework of supporting the "Virtual Bank" project, which aims to achieve cognitive integration for students in its theoretical and applied aspects.
This unique visit provides a valuable opportunity for students to develop their technical and administrative skills by learning about the job tasks that will be assigned to them in their practical life, and motivating them to practice and master them in the early stages of their studies.
The delegation praised the significant role played by the bank in achieving development and investment in accordance with Islamic principles, which contributes to forming a deeper understanding among students about the reality of Islamic banking and its mechanisms.
