A collaborative meeting between the "Words of Light" project team and the Assistant Dean of the College of Nursing

Within the framework of expanding participation in the "Words of Light" project to write the Holy Qur’an in students' handwriting, the project team met on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, with Assistant Professor Naseem Samir Ali Saqr, Assistant Dean of the College of Nursing, to introduce the college to the project and invite students to contribute to this unique cultural initiative.

During the meeting, team members Dr. Muntadhar Shukr and Dr. Abbas Adnan explained the project's objectives in enhancing the connection to the Qur’anic text and achieving broad participation in writing the Holy Qur’an, as a symbolic act that reflects creativity and communication between generations.

Assistant Professor Naseem Samir Ali Saqr also expressed his support and encouragement for the students of the College of Nursing to participate, pointing out the importance of this type of activity in developing cultural and religious awareness among students, and emphasizing the role of the college in supporting initiatives that combine academic and educational aspects.
