The College of Modern Technologies, in strategic collaboration with the Department of Registration and Student Affairs, recently conducted an intensive training workshop designed for the university’s newly established colleges to enhance digital administrative workflows. The session focused primarily on the Student Information System (SIS), providing a comprehensive guide on student enrollment protocols and ensuring full compliance with ministerial requirements. Key modules of the training included the technical process of finalizing academic records for the second semester, managing the enrollment of referred (carried-over) students, and the systematic creation of course modules for both the first and second semesters across all academic levels. Furthermore, the workshop detailed the mechanisms for linking students to their respective curricula, the secure distribution of login credentials, and the procedures for modifying academic data to maintain system accuracy. This initiative underscores the university's commitment to digital transformation and administrative excellence, ensuring that all departments are equipped to provide a seamless and modernized educational experience.
