As part of the plans of the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance, the College of Modern Technologies at Al-Warith University – Al-Naqeeb Campus witnessed an internal audit of its scientific laboratories under the supervision of Dr. Hussein Al-Ghanimi and Engineer Baqir Mohammed from the University’s Quality Assurance Department. The audit aimed to enhance quality standards and laboratory safety while advancing the educational and research environment.
The College of Science witnessed an honorary initiative that reflects its appreciation for distinguished academic competencies, as the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Shaimaa Hussein Nofal, honored Mr. Ali Nazem Munif, Professor Dr. Hikmat Adnan Jawad, and Dr. Ahmed Mousa Adnan in recognition of their outstanding efforts in managing the joint examination, which contributed significantly to achieving high success rates.
This recognition came in appreciation of their high organizational competence, accuracy in supervision and follow-up, as well as their commitment to solid academic standards, which positively impacted the quality of the examination process and its outcomes.

The Deanship of the College of Science has announced the release of the final examination schedule for the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year for students of the Department of Medical Physics, covering both the second and third stages, as part of the college’s preparations to conclude the academic year and to organize the examination process in a way that ensures the highest levels of efficiency and accuracy.
The Head of the Department confirmed that the examinations will be conducted in accordance with the approved ministerial regulations and within a suitable academic environment, with all necessary requirements provided inside the examination halls. The department also emphasized the importance of students adhering to the scheduled timings and examination instructions, including arriving early and bringing their university ID cards.

The representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalaei, visited the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa and reviewed its academic progress and plans for developing education.

The Digital Media Department at the College of Media, University of Warith Al-Anbiya, achieved a remarkable academic accomplishment, securing a 100% pass rate in the joint examination conducted with its counterpart at Thi Qar University for second- and third-year students
This examination was held within the framework of scientific cooperation between the two universities and in accordance with the directives of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The examination covered core subjects including communication theories, digital editing, photography and video techniques, and mobile journalism

The Department of Medical Physics at the College of Science organized a scientific visit for third-year students to the Library of the Holy Al-Kadhimiya Shrine, as part of its commitment to supporting academic activities and enhancing students’ research skills.

Under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Fatima Mutashar Al-Thuwaini, the workshop aimed to emphasize that a woman’s health literacy is her first line of defense. The session focused on explaining practical steps and identifying physical symptoms that require immediate medical consultation to ensure the highest possible recovery rates.
Furthermore, the workshop highlighted the importance of correcting common misconceptions about the disease and raising awareness regarding regular screenings as the primary and essential step in the prevention journey.
