Sure, here's the translation of the provided text into English:

1. The student creates their account within the system using their active mobile number and chooses a password, enabling them to later access the Central Admissions System for Private Education.

2. The student activates notification and electronic reservation services, as well as communication through SMS, to use these services during the application, data verification, and registration stages.

3. The student fills out their personal information by starting with selecting their graduating institution, then following the system's instructions while providing the required information, tailored to each category of students.

4. The system provides a dedicated interface for electronic reservations for reviewing the Private Higher Education Department or the auditing centers in private universities and colleges, according to the requirements of each student category.

5. Electronic data verification is available for students who are graduates of the Ministry of Education and have their examination number and password. They do not need to visit auditing centers in private universities and colleges.

6. For all other student categories who do not have examination numbers and passwords or only have passwords, data verification is done through scheduling an electronic appointment to visit auditing centers in private universities and colleges.

7. In case of any discrepancies in the student's data, the student must schedule an electronic appointment with the Private Higher Education Department for re-auditing.

8. If a student needs to visit the Private Education Department, they can do so by scheduling an electronic appointment and selecting the reason for the visit.

9. After data verification, the student can start the application process by filling out electronic forms, including four options in the general application channel, in addition to two forms for applicants within the private channels.

10. Students included in the private channels must activate those channels through the private channels window in the system to initiate their application within these channels.

11. For students applying through the Martyrs' channel, they should fill out the application form specific to this channel, located in the student's control panel under the private channels section. Afterward, the institution reviews the form for authentication and activates the channel electronically.

12. For students included in other private channels, the student should select the appropriate channels and schedule an electronic appointment with auditing centers in private universities and colleges, bringing along the required documents for activation.

13. Students can withdraw their specific forms during the application stage (withdrawal during application) through the application window within the system, with a maximum of four attempts.

14. The system conducts the selection process dynamically and swiftly, showing student acceptances based on their choices in the application forms. Results are continually updated throughout the application stage.

15. The registration stage begins after the application stage ends. The student brings the registration code and goes to one of the departments they were accepted into to complete the registration process.

16. After the student completes the registration process in one of the accepted departments, their acceptance options are canceled to provide an opportunity for other students, following the results of the selection process.
