The Deanship of the College of Science at the University of Warith Al-Anbyiaa organised a student activity entitled “Crime Scene”, with the participation of students from the Department of Forensic Evidence. The activity aimed to develop students’ skills in crime scene analysis, evidence collection, and linking theoretical knowledge with practical application.
The activity featured a realistic simulation of a crime scene, providing students with the opportunity to apply scientific forensic procedures and to handle and analyse evidence using methods adopted in modern criminal investigations.
The activity received strong engagement from students and contributed to enhancing their field experience and developing their academic and professional competencies. This positively supports their future readiness in the field of forensic evidence.
This initiative forms part of the University’s efforts to support applied education and develop specialised skills, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) through strengthening practical learning methods, and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) by promoting concepts of justice and effective institutions.
The College reaffirmed its commitment to organising practical activities that prepare students with the scientific competence and practical expertise required in modern forensic fields.
