As part of the annual Integrity Week activities, a delegation from Warith Al-Anbia University participated in a workshop entitled "Managing and Assessing Corruption Risks in the Private Sector" organized by the Federal Integrity Commission, in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Department of Private University Education.
The workshop was held in the hall of Al-Mansour University College in Baghdad Governorate, in Andalusia Square, on Thursday, December 14, 2024.
The delegation from Warith Al-Anbia University included a group of academics, including:
1. Prof. Dr. Ayad Karim Abdul Hassoun, a faculty member at the College of Islamic Sciences.
2. Prof. Dr. Hussein Hadi Hussein, Dean of the College of Engineering.
3. Prof. Dr. Amal Khalaf Kazim Al-Shahed, a faculty member at the College of Nursing.
The workshop addressed the topic of managing and assessing corruption risks in the private sector, where experiences and opinions were exchanged on how to address these risks and enhance the culture of integrity in private institutions.
The workshop was an opportunity to enhance cooperation between universities and official bodies to achieve the goals of integrity and transparency in educational institutions.
