In cooperation with the Directorate of Imam Hussein Holey Shrine and within the programme of Cultural Project for Iraqi Youth, a delegation of medical students from the University of Kufa visited the University of Warith Alanbiyaa to see the university's faculties and scientific laboratories. The acting president Dr. Nofal Al-Araji received the delegation and said:
We received a delegation of the medical faculties from several universities and it was discussed with them the curriculum, the study plan, and the university vision and mission in promoting the education and following the modern teaching methods. The students have toured at the university and were very impressed by the lecture theatres and the scientific laboratories. The university will continue in receiving delegations and cooperation with various Iraqi and international universities.
The student Siraj Haider from the Medicine Faculty, University of Kufa said: AlOla building, which is belonging to the University of Warith Alanbiyaa, is one of the buildings that has an amazed design using the modern methods of construction. It was also honoured to meet Dr. Nofal Al-Araji who talked to us about the university, its vision and future goals. This gives us an opportunity to express opinions and ideas and discuss them with Dr. Nofal. All this is hope to improve the education in our beloved country.
The student Ibrahim Mohammed Hassan: Our visit came within the program of the cultural project for the Iraqi youth in cooperation with the Directorate of Imam Hussain Holy Shrine and we had a tour in the UOWA. Although it was established recently, it has a distinguished scientific laboratories and lecture theatres equipped with modern means of education in addition to its large green areas. We wish them the success.
