Vision:

Contributing to the enforcement of the law, upholding justice, and providing legal advice to all faculties affiliated with the university. Additionally, establishing investigative committees to ensure optimal implementation of the law. There are several key objectives, including:

Providing legal consultation.

Precisely applying the law, avoiding violations of existing regulations and instructions, and providing legal advice to the university and its faculties whenever necessary. Defending the rights and obligations of the university.

Organizing comprehensive studies to express legal opinions in various fields and supporting departments related to legal advice.

Actively participating in most committees formed at the university presidency, as well as other committees that require legal input.

Supervising investigative committees formed at the university presidency or its affiliated colleges, monitoring their procedures, and auditing them from a legal perspective.

Filing civil and criminal lawsuits against third parties to establish the university's rights or represent the university before courts and state authorities, while overseeing legal matters.

Developing futuristic plans and modernizing the department in line with the ongoing evolution in universities, professionally mitigating current and future external risks and threats. To be an exemplary model in the university educational environment, setting standards for security and safety. Creating a secure atmosphere according to quality standards, striving to equip human resources with high competence in crisis management, protecting lives and properties, and emphasizing human values such as honesty, integrity, dedication, transparency, and collaboration.

Objectives:

Broadening the scope of the Follow-up Department beyond university security to include guiding incoming guests to the university, overcoming obstacles for them to reach their goals, and maintaining the university's reputation by projecting the best image.

Establishing a comprehensive university security system and elevating the level of discipline, ensuring the safety of lives and properties.

Collaborating with the University Relations Department to guide and assist visitors, presenting the university in the best light.

Mission: The mission adopted by the department aims to build individuals and develop generations capable of leading society and achieving its goals. The department focuses on providing a stimulating university environment and developing curricula that meet the needs of the labor market. Additionally, it offers continuous training programs to enhance the efficiency and performance of employees.

Objectives: Some of the key objectives of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs include:

The Diwan Affairs Department includes in its vision the elevation of practical and service performance to reach the ranks of international universities.

The Diwan Department seeks to be a crucial link between the university, its various departments, branches, and units, and the rest of the university's diverse formations, ensuring a high level of service provision fluidity.

Objectives:

The central library of the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa aspires to be a vital center for providing knowledge and cultural resources, enhancing the learning and research experience within the university community. The library aims to lead in delivering library services and information technology to meet the diverse needs of beneficiaries.

Objectives of the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance:

  1. 1. Creating a Suitable Environment:

   - Prepare a conducive environment for counseling and enhance counseling units to effectively carry out their tasks, catering to both specialists and non-specialists.

   - Establish a designated counseling space known to all students.

  1. 2. Enhancing the Ethical, Educational, and Professional Reality of University Students:

   - Improve the ethical, educational, and professional standing of university students.

   - Provide assistance in building their self-capabilities and prevent psychological and educational problems while addressing and correcting them.

  1. 3. Coordination with Various Departments:

   - Coordinate with the Student Activities Department and the Continuing Education Department.

   - Establish communication with centers for human, social, and religious development both within and outside the university.

   - Collaborate in organizing workshops and seminars for counselors (liaison members) and student counselees.

  1. 4. Fostering Student Engagement:

   - Work towards embracing students by minimizing the distance between the administration and students.

   - Receive and listen to students, providing solutions on personal, social, and academic levels.

These objectives aim to create a supportive and proactive counseling environment, focusing on the holistic development and well-being of university students.

 

Firstly, Message of the Supervision and Internal Auditing Department.

 

Proposing appropriate steps to evaluate examinations, providing advice to management, verifying the extent of compliance with established policies, procedures, and plans, as well as verifying the integrity of asset protection procedures, and also improving and developing performance. The primary goal of auditing is to assist members of management in carrying out their tasks and responsibilities through inspection and evaluation processes, and giving advice to management for the purpose of introducing improvements that are in the interest of the university.

 

Secondly, Vision of the Supervision and Internal Auditing Department

 

The Audit and Internal Control Department seeks to meet the university’s requirements and take into account accuracy and transparency in applying applicable laws, instructions and regulations to ensure the success of all legal, administrative and financial procedures. This is done according to precise and elaborate programmes that continue to develop in line with all developments.

 

Thirdly, Objectives of the Supervision and Internal Auditing Department

 

In order to tighten control over the university's financial resources and revenue, the department seeks to implement current laws and instructions in all financial and administrative actions. It also applies these financial and accounting instructions to ascertain the department's level of commitment to the decisions and laws in effect in order to accomplish the goal of control and audit in preserving public funds. 

Vision of the Department:

The Registration and Student Affairs Management department aims to assist students in accordance with regulations and ministerial guidelines, simplify procedures related to student affairs, and transform them from traditional methods to modern technological means. The department strives to ensure the ease of admission and registration in colleges, aiming for excellence, continuous development, and ensuring the quality of performance.

Objectives of the Department:

The department is responsible for developing student services and encouraging students to invest their time in achieving outcomes with a nationalistic sense. This is achieved by enhancing areas of vocational and educational training to serve the community.

Also, it provides local and international consultations and examinations for all governmental and private institutions, and for all individuals, through volunteer and cooperative learning, providing qualified and professional trainers in all disciplines and the presence of distinguished staff. The Center is empowered to provide various and effective training opportunities in the community, thus enhancing the active role of the University and making it an important scientific resource in the process of bridging the gap between the different institutions, sectors, the university and the  society members.
