Under the patronage of the Secretary-General of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein (PBUH), Mr. Hassan Rashid Al-Abayji, and the Vice President of the University for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Waqid Al-Mousawi, the College of Engineering at the University of Karbala organised the Eighth International Conference on Engineering Sciences. The event was held in collaboration with Swinburne University of Technology (Australia), the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (PBUH), and Al-Hussein University College.

The conference showcased the latest research and scientific studies in various engineering fields, fostering the exchange of ideas among researchers from different disciplines. It aimed to promote fruitful collaboration to address challenges in the engineering sector effectively.
