College of Islamic Sciences holds the second workshop for the "Words of Light" project

On Saturday, December 7, 2024, the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Warith al-Anbiya (peace be upon him) held the second workshop within the project of writing the Holy Qur’an "Words of Light".

The workshop was held in the hall of the Al-Ali building, in the presence of a number of students and professors participating in the project. The workshop was presented by Dr. Rasool Al-Zarkani, head of the Calligraphers Association, Babylon branch, where he discussed the basics and techniques of writing the Holy Qur’an using high-precision artistic methods. The participants expressed their great admiration for the level of preparation for the project and the experience provided by Dr. Al-Zarkani.

The organization of this workshop comes as part of a series of activities aimed at enhancing the technical skills of participating students and professors, and contributing to the success of this blessed project, which reflects the university's commitment to serving Islamic values ​​and cultural heritage.
