The Dean of Media at the University of Heir al-Anbiya (peace be upon him), Dr. Muhammad Jamal al-Tayf, confirmed the words of the representative of the supreme religious authority, Sheikh Abdul Mahdi al-Karbalai, when he said (The impossible can be possible and the possible becomes a tangible reality) which has become a vision for the University of Heir al-Anbiya (peace be upon him).
Al-Tayef said in his speech during activities during the fifth and annual (17th) international scientific conference of the College of Information at the University of Baghdad, which was held under the title (Media and Communication Technology and their Role in Promoting Dialogue Among Civilizations) and which is held under the auspices of Warith University. Prophets (peace be upon him), “First of all, thanks and gratitude must be expressed to the presidency of the University of Baghdad, the dean of the College of Information, and the administrative and technical teams.”
And teaching, for their fruitful efforts and their tireless efforts to support and direct the scientific research movement and to bear the burdens of holding this important conference in terms of its topic, time, place, goals, and expected cognitive repercussions.”
He added, "We are pleased, as the presidency of the University of Heir al-Anbiya (peace be upon him) and the dean of the College of Information, and we are in the shadow of the Holy Shrine of Hussein and its continuous support, to be an integral part of this great scientific event, and even one of its makers and sponsors, along with entities known for excellence in the contemporary Iraqi scene."
He added, "Our meeting today, in this scientific edifice, represents a valuable opportunity to embody a deep conviction that the media does not only represent the voice of the present, but rather is a bridge that extends across time and space, carrying the message of understanding and rapprochement between nations and peoples," noting that "the media in our time have proven Today, it is more than just a carrier of news and information, but rather a powerful tool that can build bridges of communication between different cultures and civilizations. Through the media
We can break down barriers, overcome stereotypes, open up to others, and promote the values of tolerance and mutual respect.”
He stated, "We live in a world full of challenges and crises, and in order to be able to confront them, we must believe in the power of dialogue and communication."
