The College of Medicine at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (PBUH) held a scientific seminar titled "The Plague of Drugs: Causes and Solutions," presented by Dr. Jassim Al-Mousawi and Dr. Sabah Al-Jubouri. The seminar explored the reasons behind youth drug abuse, including social and economic pressures and environmental influences. It also discussed possible solutions to curb the spread of this issue through prevention programmes and specialised treatment.

The speakers emphasised the crucial role of educational and health institutions in raising community awareness about the dangers of drugs, urging increased collaboration between society and government bodies to combat this phenomenon and protect young generations.
