About the Human Resources Department.

It is one of the vital departments and is considered the backbone of the university and its decision editing center. This department has shone since the beginning of the establishment of the university in (2017). The Human Resources Department contains a number of divisions that accomplish the tasks entrusted to them, whether they are from outside the university or from its formations. This section is associated with all scientific and consulting departments of the university and falls under the shadow of the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs Office.

Its divisions:

1- Personnel Division

2- Teaching Affairs Division

3- Staffing and Fingerprint Division

4- Electronic Archiving Division

5- Central Post Division       

6- Printer Division

 

Vision:

Making a qualitative leap in the course of administrative affairs by applying electronic government, providing an advanced and stimulating work environment, and obtaining a pioneering and knowledge-productive university.

Mission:

The university's belief that building the human being is the basis for the existence of generations capable of leading society and building its purpose is manifested in learning, teaching, research and community service through continuous training to create academic, technical and administrative staff. Also to provide a stimulating university environment and curricula that suit the requirements of the labor market in order to prepare qualified graduates and openness to society to achieve partnership and sustainable development.

 

Vision and objectives: -

First- Adopting the development of administrative staff through participation in training courses.

Second: Developing and updating performance appraisal forms for employees to reflect strengths and weaknesses and developing performance.

Third: Investing the available qualifications, capabilities, resources and technologies to improve the department's exits, raise the efficiency and performance of employees, and familiarize them with modern technology.

Fourth: Developing curricula and adopting contemporary teaching methods that enhance the process of education, mentality development  and creative research.

Fifth: Rewarding employees for their achievements.

Sixth : Activating international relations and cooperation with universities and institutions.

Seventh:  Strengthening community service initiatives and encouraging collective volunteer work in addition to the field of talent development.
