Scientific Course Entitled "Administrative Inspection and its Provisions in Imami Jurisprudence"

The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Warith al-Anbiya (peace be upon him) held a scientific course on Sunday, December 8, 2024, entitled "Administrative Inspection and its Provisions in Imami Jurisprudence", presented by Sheikh Kazem Jasib. The course was held in the college council, with the attendance of a number of college professors.

The course addressed several axes related to the provisions of administrative inspection from the perspective of Imami jurisprudence, where the legal and ethical dimensions related to this issue were highlighted, in addition to discussing its practical applications in institutions.

The attendees showed great interaction with the presented axes, praising the importance of the topic and its impact in enhancing their understanding of administrative provisions from a legal perspective.

This course comes within a series of scientific activities through which the college seeks to expand the horizons of knowledge among its cadres and enhance interaction between legal and administrative aspects.
