Fourth-year students from the Accounting Department at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him), under the supervision of Dr. Talal Al-Jajaawi and Dr. Muhammad Abdul Ali, conducted an important field visit to the Iraq branch of Ernst & Young (EY), a global leader in accounting, auditing, consulting, and tax advisory services.
Ernst & Young (EY) is the third-largest accounting firm globally and is responsible for auditing the accounts of the Central Bank of Iraq as well as several oil companies operating in the country.
During the visit, students were introduced auditing mechanisms and tax accounting methods. They also met with the company's director, partners, and several employees who provided a detailed explanation of the firm's activities.
