Complaints related to prohibited conduct receive serious attention, with thorough investigations that may involve discussions with all parties involved and relevant witnesses. Confidentiality is strictly maintained throughout the process, ensuring fairness and respect.

The university has a strict no-retaliation policy for those who report bias, mistreatment, or reprisal, and any such behavior is met with appropriate disciplinary action.

Recognizing the importance of addressing misconduct, the university takes necessary measures, including training, counseling, warnings, reprimands, pay withholding, reassignment, temporary suspension without pay, or even termination, depending on the circumstances.

However, it's essential to emphasize that false and harmful complaints will not be tolerated. Genuine complaints made in good faith are treated seriously, but any misuse of the reporting process will be subject to disciplinary measures.

The department of Construction and Projects is in charge of organising, carrying out, and maintaining infrastructure projects at the university. This includes creating and enhancing infrastructure to fulfil the requirements of the academic and administrative needs.

Legal Affairs Department Overview: The Legal Affairs Department was established at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa. The administrative structure of this department includes the Legal Affairs Manager, overseeing two branches: the Legal Consultations Branch and the Pledges and Commitments Branch. The department is directly linked to the University's Assistant President for Administrative Affairs to ensure the legal work operates independently and without any influences that may affect the expression of legal opinions.

This department has been in existence since the inception of the distinguished scientific institution of the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (Peace Be Upon Him). Since its establishment, the university has accorded special importance to the Follow-up Department, recognizing its crucial role in safeguarding the university campus with its diverse components, including security personnel, civil defense, inquiries, the issuance of permits, and decorations, in addition to the patrols within the university campus.

Establishment Announcement:

The Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Department was established at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him) under University Order No. 849 dated March 12, 2022. It serves as a crucial link between the workforce sector and the university by preparing students to enter the job market in both the public and private sectors, as well as private projects. The department provides methodological approaches in the economic and administrative aspects for employers while enhancing students' capabilities and skills through specialized training programs. These programs, aligned with modern educational developments, adopt innovative employment methods by providing qualified and distinguished personnel for all required specialties in the job market.

 

Responsibilities of the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Department:

  1. Training and preparing students for the job market through specialized workshops in their fields.
  2. Assisting and coordinating in the employment of graduates by communicating with private and public sector companies to find employment opportunities that match their academic and training experiences.
  3. Coordinating and preparing job fairs in collaboration with private and government companies to connect with them and present the elite graduates.
  4. Monitoring graduates after employment, identifying strengths and weaknesses in their performance, and submitting periodic reports to their respective faculties for curriculum adjustments according to the job market requirements.
  5. Conducting essential courses for humanities and scientific faculties on improving job performance, work ethics, resume writing, and workshops on common English terms and personal interview techniques.
  6. Organizing complementary enrichment workshops to change societal misconceptions about job reliance, promote entrepreneurship among various societal groups, and encourage students to initiate their own projects.

Continuously study the needs of the job market to keep abreast of changes affecting employment opportunities for graduates from the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him). Based on this study, develop a comprehensive training program to prepare university students for the job market.

The Media Department serves as a crucial link between the university and publishing institutions, as well as various media outlets.

The Department of Diwan Affairs is the largest department at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him). It holds a significant and vital role in providing essential services to the university. The Department of Diwan Affairs is the convergence point of various aspects of university life, and its achievements extend to all departments of the university, including the presidency, colleges, their departments, and all affiliated faculty and students.

Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him) holds a vital position, serving as the backbone of the university and a decision-making hub. Established in 2017, the department has gained prominence for delivering effective administrative services.

The central library of the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him) is a vital entity that contributes to enhancing the educational environment and achieving the university's mission of knowledge transfer and community development. The library management serves as a vital intersection between students, academics, and information, providing essential tools.

In our library, we prioritize scholarly research presented in specialized, peer-reviewed sources such as books, theses and dissertations, journals, and conferences. We organize and facilitate access to these resources through a program designed to streamline the retrieval of research in any field. The library operates according to the Dewey Decimal Classification system, and its workflow follows a sequential process in ten steps. This process begins with the book's entry into storage with a unique sequential entry number and a specific record. The library then affixes a distinctive stamp before the book, periodical, or reference material takes on its digital identity and is placed on the appropriate shelf. The shelf arrangement starts from zero and ends with the number nine. The library retains the digital content of electronic resources while displaying and preserving it in print to facilitate the research process.

Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance

The Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance is considered one of the essential and vital departments in the university.

*Missions of the Department:

The department, through its qualified psychologists, is responsible for addressing reading disorders such as Dyslexia, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders (ADHD), and providing care for these cases.

- Continuously develop the department's outcomes and offer training and consultation services.

- Ensure the provision of the best counseling services, enhance the student's self-development comprehensively, and achieve counseling goals at all three developmental, preventive, and therapeutic levels.

- Promote the culture of counseling in social environments through conferences, seminars, educational media, and other media channels.

- Train and qualify counselors to perform psychological counseling and educational guidance tasks, and provide training and development services.

- Work on disseminating the culture of counseling in university environments through the publication of educational and informative brochures, highlighting the most critical issues and preventing them.

The department of Supervision and Internal Auditing was founded since the university's foundation in 2017. The University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa's (PBUH) organisational structure links the department administratively to the president of the university.

 

The department head and two specialised employees make up the staff in the Department of Supervision and Internal Auditing.

This university department is responsible for providing scientific assistance to students, and it reports to the university president. The department's main focus is to oversee all aspects of student affairs, from the admission process to registration, ensuring that students are accepted based on approved guidelines and instructions. The department also ensures that students graduate and receive certified documents from the university and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

After the founding of Warith Alanbiyaa University at 2017, there was a need to sponsor the talents of the students and take advantage of their free time in things that reveal their talents and develop their personality from technical, athletic, creative and cultural aspects.

The Presidency of the University activated the Department of Student Activities and appointed (Assistant lecturer Hamam Al-Khafaji) at 18/12/2017 to carry out his duties as Head of the Department of Student Activities, the department included three units:

  Sport Activities Unit.

Technical Activities Unit.

  Scout Activities Unit.

Central Library 

In our library, we take care of the scientific research carried by the Specialized and scientific resources (books, thesis, journals and conferences), and enter them into a program to facilitate access to written researches in any field.  The library operates according to the Dewey decimal classification. In this classification, the work is done in accordance with a sequential mechanism with ten steps starting from entering the book in storage with a special serial number and a special record with the special library stamp, until the book or the journal or reference  takes its digital identity and placed on the appropriate shelf, in order to arrange them starting from zero and ends with the number 9, meanwhile keeping the content of resources electronically and display them in paper to facilitate the process of search.

The University of Warith Alanbiyaa established the Continuous Education Centre in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. (AH / 4727) on 10/7/2017 to translate the role of the University in servicing the society and to emphasize the interaction between the university and society and to show their special interest with human as a tool for sustainable development.

The centre is included and designed the specialised programmes with continuing education to meet the needs of different individuals, institutions and sectors in society by raising, training and developing skills as well as by learning new information. The Centre of Continuing Education at Warith Alanbiyaa University seeks to achieve the following objectives:

1.Cooperation and openness to all groups of society and the possibility of employing the existing scientific and cultural energies in the university to enrich and develop the culture of the individual and the institution and to raise intellectual and cultural levels in general.

2.Follow up and monitor the modern and cultural scientific development in various disciplines and apply them, and transfer what is useful to individuals in a civilized way that matches our customs and traditions.

3.Benefiting from the competencies, energies and staff in the university and society through the university to provide various training programs in order to develop the skills of different members of society.

4.Provide training courses, seminars, workshops and specialized conferences in various scientific, administrative, legal, linguistic and community fields.

The Department of Quality Assurance and Academic Performance was established in the University of Warith Alanbiyaa at December 2017 in conjunction with the first year of the University in the higher education sector, the early establishment of this section is the best proof that the University is determined to move forward to ensure academic outputs in all its operations from Teaching, learning and scientific research. This department is linked administratively to the Office of the Scientific Assistant of the university chancellor and works in the spirit of one team with all administrative and scientific departments to improve scientific and administrative performance using all available resources.
