A Ph.D. dissertation at the College of Education for Girls at the University of Kufa discussed the use of integral transform for solving partial differential equations and its applications.
The dissertation presented by student Rehab Ali Khudair aims to find new double transforms named Double ZZ transforms and Complex ZZ transforms as useful tools distinguished by speed and accuracy to obtain solutions for hydrodynamic pressure, load-bearing, and heat equation describing particle movement in a viscoelastic fluid.
The dissertation concluded that using Double ZZ transform as a powerful tool for solving motion and continuity equations in hydrodynamic lubrication and compressive lubrication and for solving the heat equation describing particle movement in a viscoelastic fluid, and using Complex Double ZZ transform to estimate stress peaks in the knee joint for daily activities.
The dissertation recommended that the Double ZZ transform and Compound Double ZZ transform can be developed to solve a system of ordinary differential equations and solve partial differential equations with variable coefficients.

As part of the scientific cooperation between the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (Peace be upon him) and the University of Technology, the College of Engineering, Biomedical Engineering Department, organized a scientific visit for third and fourth-year students to the Biomedical Engineering Department at the University of Technology.
The visit aimed to broaden the students' horizons and enrich their knowledge by familiarizing them with the academic curricula followed at the University of Technology. Additionally, it included a tour of the training center and modern laboratories that contribute to the development of their practical skills. The visit also provided an opportunity to learn about the Nanotechnology Center and the latest innovations in this field.

Upon the initiative of the College of Engineering, the HVAC Engineering Department organized a scientific visit for first-year students to the engineering workshops at the University of Technology.
The visit aimed to enhance the students' spirit of innovation and creative thinking by introducing them to various scientific laboratories that provide an ideal environment for applying theoretical concepts in practical aspects. The visit also allowed students to interact and ask questions to the professors at the University of Technology, encouraging them to explore new areas in the field of HVAC engineering and technologies.

Warith Al-Anbiyaa University announces the commencement of the first Quranic completion ceremony for female students at the College of Nursing, starting from Saturday, March 16th, 2024, at 11:00 AM. The ceremony will be held at the Nursing College building at the university.
The launch of the Quranic completion ceremony is a distinctive addition to Warith Al-Anbiyaa University, emphasizing the importance of enhancing Islamic values and ethics among its male and female students, and providing opportunities to deepen knowledge and spiritual communication among members of the university community.

Mr. Wajid Al-Mousawi, the Assistant Scientific Secretary, received a ministerial committee tasked with monitoring performance evaluation for faculty and staff at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (Peace be upon him).
Mr. Hussein Al-Ghanimi, the Head of the Quality Assurance Department, Assistant Lecturer, reported that a workshop dedicated to monitoring electronic and paper-based performance evaluation was conducted in the presence of the ministerial committee. During the workshop, most of the obstacles facing the performance evaluation process were reviewed, with the participation of officials from the quality assurance and performance evaluation departments in the colleges and scientific departments.
Al-Ghanimi added that the ministerial committee commended the efforts made by the university in the field of performance evaluation, enhancing confidence in the university's path towards achieving quality standards and excellence in education and scientific research.

In a significant educational initiative, the Department of Medical Physics at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him) hosted a specialized scientific symposium entitled "Radiation Quantities and Units," led by expert Dr. Ahmed Musa Jaafar. This distinguished scientific session targeted department students, opening up new horizons for them to understand radiation sciences in an engaging and profound manner.
The symposium included a detailed presentation on how to measure and control radiation, in addition to providing effective strategies for preventing radiation risks. In a pioneering educational initiative, the Civil Engineering Department at the College of Engineering, University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (Peace be upon him), organized a field trip for second-year evening students to a residential complex under construction. This step aimed to familiarize students with real-world construction methods and techniques, giving them the opportunity to directly observe all civil works carried out within the construction site.
The visit provided students with a golden opportunity to closely examine the quality of materials used, surveying operations, quantity estimation, and construction techniques employed from inception to the handover of residential units to investors, in accordance with approved standards and specifications. In an event reflecting its commitment to enhancing student activities and developing leadership skills among its youth, the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (Peace be upon him) actively participated in the "First International University Scout Forum." This participation was under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Na'im Al-Abboudi, and with the guidance of Professor Dr. Ibrahim Al-Hayawi, the university president.
Representing the university at this forum, which brought together participants from 64 governmental and private universities, were Associate Professor Hamam Abdul Abbas Al-Khafaji, Head of the Student Activities Department, and student Tariq Montazer. Their participation was part of the scouting session held in Babil Province, organized by the Student Activities Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research - Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Agency.
The session, titled "Training Youth Leaders and Guide Leaders," aims to train future leaders of university scouting. Through its training sessions and workshops, it seeks to prepare students to organize scouting camps and specialized courses for scouts and guide leaders, contributing to the development of leadership and teamwork skills among university students.

In an official statement filled with sorrow and grief, the Presidency of the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (Peace be upon him) expressed its deepest sadness and condolences on the passing of the child Yasser, son of the lecturer Hassanein Hamoud Bahaa Al-Din, a faculty member at the College of Engineering at the university.
